Filled a claim against safe way insurance,On Oct 3rd,an here today its Nov 7th an they are still dragging there feet,no one gets back to you, after you give them all the info they still don't have any answers,,they are a *** company

Yup, same with me. I got in the accident September 27, it's now November 8.

And my car hasn't been worked on because they never answer.

Yes honestly so frustrating to deal with them. People laugh when I tell them that the person who hit me is insured by them.
