Safeway Insurance - Not paying off my totaled vehicle even when covered

Feb6 2018- full coverage on finances acadia. Refuse to cover the damages and have a lot of issues with them returning my calls or even a denial letter. Said individual was not covered. Not the case. Need help with resolving this matter. Can't afford another vehicle

Safeway Insurance - Claimant--good luck

If your the claimant good luck getting them to get their customers side of the story so you can be paid. Needless to say no police report due to no injury and car door dinged but caused almost $1000 damage! No one bothers to respond to body shop doing the repairs or yourself for that matter. Worst ins experience EVER!!!
