Safeway Insurance - Dissatisfied
I live in Arizona and have been with Safeway a short while. During this time, my vehicle was stolen and I had to file a claim for damages done.
I cannot get anywhere with Safeway. The dealership is waiting on an approval to check additional damages. The dealership has made numerous attempts to contact Safeway with failed success. When I call, the phone is answered and immediately disconnected.
I need my vehicle and I am nearing my 1 month mark of having a rental deadline. Needless to say, this is causing me added stress and anxiety that I don't need.
This incident occurred on July 6th and it is Aug 22nd and I am still waiting on an approval for the dealership to complete their assessment of the internal portion that the insurance inspector could not detect. I need this resolved and am seriously thinking about contacting the BBB or a local TV newscaster who can advocate on my behalf.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $6000.
Preferred solution: Communication with Dealership for approval to complete claim repairs..
Safeway Insurance Cons: Lack of customer service and ability to settle claims.
