I am at my wits end with this freaking company. I did all of the leg work for this heifer in Mississippi. faxed all information in to them and now can not get a response on settling. it was safeway client tht hit us. they did not even pay for rental for my sister.. sent her a check without looking at her car to get fixed. she was out of money. I called Michael Andrews told him I woke up in the morning and my car had been hit from behind(very nasty dude). He sent out and adjuster and he take pics of the entire car when he should have only taken pictures of the back. Spoke to Marivel Luna who is Andrews supervisor(even more slow) Got everything in order with her slow *** and she quoted me 1064.oo for back of car damages. Well I am customer of your company and I feel you are not for the customer. Your adjuster is so rude and not good at their job. My car got damage by 23 inch tire came through my front windshield. Called to review a bill sent to me without notification and un-authorized bank drafts. As I was trying to speak, the woman from Safeway was trying to force her reasoning on me. I told her that I wasn't interested in hearing her explanation. She hung up. HOW RUDE and UN-PROFESSIONAL. For as much as I'm paying for this so-called "full coverage insurance", I could be paying way less by switching to a more reputable company. They're a waste of my time and money.

I have been trying to report an accident to safeway, that a safeway customer ran into my vehicle from the rear side. I have not been able to contact a safeway representative to report this claim. The only contact or option I get is to buy a new claim. Horrible customer service! Everything is just horrible about this company! Privately owned but with no punctuality, poor turn around time and poor customer service! Way to go!

I have been with this company for 10 years now and they keep going up every six months on my rate! I have never beennin an accident or filed any claims. This is ridiculous! I called andbwas told to expect an increase every six months!
